Primary responsibilities include working with dealership service teams to get approvals and resolve warranty claims. Your role involves liaising with technicians, service advisors, managers, and manufacturers to ensure comprehensive documentation for each claim. Your tasks will include validating service requests, coordinating repairs, and managing records, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions. You'll work under the guidance of the Manager, Warranty Program, while fostering relationships with dealers and manufacturers, aiming to decrease warranty administration costs.
