We are looking for an internal BDC Agent at the Business Development Center!

Summary: Reporting to the new and used vehicle sales directors, the Business Development Center (BDC) representative is responsible for following up on sales opportunities from the new or used vehicle departments and assists the renewal manager by implementing a follow-up strategy. They will communicate with clients via phone, email, SMS, etc., with the ultimate goal of influencing consumers to (re)enter the dealership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the follow-up of sales opportunities
  • Follow up with "walk-out" clients from the previous day
  • Identify and follow up with any potential clients who own older models or are in financing
  • Follow up 24 hours after delivery for customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Assist the renewal department by conducting an annual follow-up on the lease anniversary date. This follow-up will ultimately lead to managing appointments with the appointed representative. Organizing subsequent visits until the end of the term.
  • Any other follow-up tasks requested by management

Full-time position Work schedule to be discussed.
