CarrXpert in Napierville is looking for a Director / Estimator!
As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to clients and insurance partners regarding pricing, damages, and estimated repair time. A day in the life of an Estimator at CarrXpert:
- Review damage reports, repair orders, and repair cost estimates
- Plan the work to be done
- Create repair estimates for potential clients according to best practices/guidelines of Fix Auto and insurance companies
- Follow up on estimates
- Collaborate with customer experience staff to ensure exceptional follow-up and service
- Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with production managers to ensure timely delivery
Our ideal candidate:
- Significant experience in estimating in the body repair field
- Knowledge of Mitchell and Quater estimating systems is required
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
