Élégance VR is looking for a passionate and motivated RV Body Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in aligning with our mission to become the preferred partner for our customers in their motorized adventures.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Performing repairs and adjustments on the bodies of recreational vehicles.
- Diagnosing structural and cosmetic damages and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure exceptional service quality.
- Adhering to current safety standards and applying industry best practices.
- Participating in updating processes and techniques based on new trends and technologies.
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma in bodywork or equivalent (a minimum of 1 year of experience is required).
- Good knowledge of recreational vehicles and their specifics.
- Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for recreational vehicles and a positive attitude.
