Desired profile
Required Work Experience

Experience in customer service and sales in the secondary automotive market, both in distribution and retail, or in a related industry.

Supervisory experience.

Previous in-store work experience with progressive supervisory and daily operations management responsibilities can substitute for educational requirements.
Required Skills and Abilities:

Possess considerable knowledge of the secondary automotive market as well as mechanical skills and a good understanding of automotive systems, including electrical, cooling, charging, drive train, fuel supply systems, and others.

Demonstrate business management skills.

Demonstrate clear aptitude for sales, staff management, communication, and organization.

Maintain a good driving record and successfully pass a pre-employment assessment to demonstrate the ability to perform the physical tasks of the position safely and effectively.
3 years as Parts Manager
