Under the responsibility of the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting their manager and the technical advisors in their daily tasks to allow them to focus on increasing their hours per work order and improving customer processes. They are also responsible for selling aesthetic packages to clients.

Main responsibilities

Welcome clients in the service area if the technical advisors are busy; Responsible for the execution of tasks related to the service department; Open and close work orders; Manage the delivery board; Ensure that the delivery schedule is respected on time; Ensure that inspection sheets are completed for all internal work orders; Direct clients to the appropriate technical advisor; Ask the client if they have an appointment & with whom; confirm if they are dropping off or waiting for their vehicle; confirm if they have booked a courtesy vehicle: if yes, remind them to present their driver's license and insurance certificate to collect the courtesy vehicle; Review scheduled service with the client when the technical advisor is busy; Park the vehicle in the appropriate parking area if the Shuttle Attendant is not available; Support the technical advisors in their administrative tasks such as: printing pre-writes for the next day while attaching warranty requests, calling the extended warranty companies, drafting internal repair orders, processing PDIs, etc.; Deliver the vehicle to the client after service if the Shuttle Attendant is not available; Ensure the cleanliness of the work area; Perform any other task requested by their supervisor and as needed by the organization. Requirements

High school diploma (DES) and experience in a similar role; Bilingualism; Computer knowledge in automotive is an asset; Valid driver’s license. Required skills

Strong interest in high-quality customer service; Responsible, organized, and able to multitask; Communication skills and ability to work in a team; Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills; Initiative, judgment, and autonomy; Priority management, flexibility, and adaptability; Professional behavior and representative of the employer. Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
