We are looking for a Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator to join our dynamic team within our car dealership. This key role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing our fleet of courtesy vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the use of courtesy vehicles to ensure optimal availability for our customers.
- Welcome customers upon their arrival, provide information about our services, and ensure that their needs are met.
- Conduct daily checks on the vehicles to ensure they are clean and in good working order.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to coordinate appointments and the availability of vehicles.
- Manage insurance documents and other formalities necessary for the use of the vehicles.
- Track mileage and regular maintenance for courtesy vehicles.
- Identify opportunities for improving the fleet management process.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed high school diploma; training in management or the automotive sector is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive vehicles and fleet management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
