Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and advise customers professionally, answering their questions about our products and services.
  • Manage customer service requests, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Coordinate appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance while ensuring smooth communication with technicians.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues by offering appropriate solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, tracking the status of orders and repairs.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and services offered by our dealership.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
