TASKS As a Delivery Specialist, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding clients from the signing of documents to taking possession of their new vehicle.
MISSIONS: Prepare customer files: Contracts, supporting documents, everything must be ready for a smooth process.
Deliver new and used vehicles:
- Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles according to customer expectations.
- Clearly and enthusiastically present the features and technologies of the vehicles.
- Schedule the first appointment for after-sales service and answer all questions.
- Finalize the delivery by ensuring total satisfaction before departure. Ensure follow-up after delivery: Maintain a trusting relationship with customers. Promote financial products and accessories: Help customers get the most out of their purchase.
