Brief job description:
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to customers in a professional manner and perform various support functions at the request of your superior.
- Supervise the preparation for the delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional.
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, provide a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate staff, including the manager and the aftersales advisor.
- Ensure that each customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their car.
- Promptly address any customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager.
- Actively participate in the owner follow-up and retention program to promote customer loyalty.
- Actively participate in various customer service-related activities (information meetings, etc.).
- Fill in for the receptionist as needed.
- Welcome customers from sales or aftersales service as required.
- Support the sales manager when necessary.
- Present oneself in a professional manner.
- Perform other tasks as needed and instructed by management.
