Vimont Toyota Laval is looking for a New Vehicle Delivery Clerk. We are looking for someone passionate and professional to join our dynamic team!
As a Delivery Clerk, you will play a key role in our customers' purchasing experience. In an environment where customer service is our top priority, you will be responsible for planning and executing deliveries, ensuring that each customer receives their vehicle in the best condition and within the agreed timeframe. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential to effectively coordinate delivery schedules and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and answer any questions.
- Collaborate with the sales and after-sales teams to manage customer priorities and needs.
- Maintain a strict follow-up on deliveries and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure vehicle preparation before delivery, including final checks and preparation of necessary documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or at a dealership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Knowledge of delivery management systems and vehicles would be an asset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
