We are looking for a dynamic and professional Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Longueuil Kia. Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring that all steps are executed efficiently.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to provide them with updates on the status of their delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, service, and financing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are complete and compliant before vehicle delivery.
- Work on continuously improving delivery processes to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Master management and tracking tools to ensure effective delivery scheduling.
- 40 hours/week schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer tools and management software.
- Valid driver's license.
