Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in partnership with the Boisvert Group in 2003 in the city of Blainville. This was the start of a great adventure!

Your role
As a Vehicle Delivery Clerk, you will play an essential role in the customer experience by ensuring a professional and warm vehicle handover.
Your main responsibilities:
• Prepare for delivery: check the cleanliness and compliance of the vehicle, install the plates and ensure that the documentation is complete. • Welcome the customer: hand over the keys, explain the vehicle’s features and answer any questions. • Finalize the delivery: ensure customer satisfaction, obtain their signature, and explain the next steps. • Coordination and follow-up: collaborate with sales and service, perform post-delivery follow-up and maintain the delivery area organized.
Desired profile:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Ability to simplify technical information in a clear and understandable manner • Initiative and autonomy • Comfort with technologies and embedded systems in modern vehicles • Experience in the automotive field (an asset, but not mandatory)
