Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule vehicle deliveries while optimizing routes and timings to meet deadlines.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding the status of their orders and delivery dates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure that all delivery details are handled efficiently.
- Prepare the necessary documents for each delivery, ensuring everything complies with company procedures.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
