We are looking for a delivery person (for new and used cars).
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering new and used cars. They must be familiar with the legal documents from banks and comfortable in a customer service role.
Some sales experience would be beneficial, as the candidate will have to follow up with customers on the protections offered by the sales manager at the time of delivery.
Related Tasks:
- Supervising the preparation for the delivery of any sold vehicle;
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries to customers;
- Registering vehicles using the SAAQclic system;
- Follow-up on offered protections (above-average compensation);
- Explanation of the vehicle;
- After-sales follow-up;
- Coordinating follow-up with subcontractors;
- Other related tasks.
