Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Communicate with customers to arrange delivery details and address their questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth transition of the vehicle to the customer.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles before delivery to ensure their quality and cleanliness.
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
