HGrégoire Nissan Blainville is currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who will be responsible for motivating and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales advisors in closing transactions;
- Participate in training new sales advisors;
- Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
- Write reports on the progress made by interns or new sales advisors during their training and probation periods;
- Help the sales manager set aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for each sales advisor;
- Collaborate in designing improvement programs for sales advisors who are struggling to meet their goals;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealers;
- Approve transactions at the request of your supervisor;
- Stay informed about new products, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or financial institutions;
- Substitute for the sales manager if absent;
- Maintain a client development system;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.
- Get involved in transactions primarily and close deals.
- Follow up with salespeople.
Desired Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sales field;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to effectively communicate with our English and French-speaking clients.
- Experience in management in the automotive field;
