Your main responsibilities: • Manage the rental and sale of vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service. • Master and closely monitor all rental and sales programs and promotions from the manufacturer. • Anticipate and prepare future transactions by analyzing rental and sales contracts, including those from after-sales customers. • Take over orphan customer contracts and manage their renewals. • Maintain a detailed log of all rental and renewal operations. • Compile and analyze statistical reports such as sales/rental ratios, renewal rates, and customer retention. • Ensure sales advisors follow the complete renewal process and contact clients at the appropriate times. • Process rental contract requests quickly, including net residual balances, and contact affected clients immediately. • Oversee and organize rental returns and buybacks.

Salary: $120K to $150K per year.
