About Us
Mega Kia Brossard is the largest dealership in Greater Montreal.
We are looking for a transportation and customer reception attendant.
Day and evening shifts, between 28 and 32 hours/week.
Job Summary
Provide a warm welcome at the customer service department, ensuring an enjoyable experience regarding the services provided by driving customers to their home or office, or picking them up while their car is being serviced.
- Drive clients to their home or work and pick them up when their car is in service.
- Exercise good judgment and drive cautiously.
- Maintain a regular shuttle service.
- Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles.
- Use a cell phone, emails or texts, or similar equipment for the business.
- Keep a record of trips, including the names of passengers, their destination, and their boarding location, with the help of the service secretary.
- Notify the service dispatcher or the after-sales service manager of any maintenance that the service vehicle may need, such as oil and tire changes, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Present oneself in a professional manner.
- Perform other tasks as needed and directed by management.
- Ensure a warm welcome for the client in the service department.
