We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Financial Services to join our dynamic team at Subaru Metropolitan. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our financial services. You will work closely with our sales team to offer financing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to maximize revenue from financing services.
- Training and supervising staff on financing procedures and policies.
- Analyzing financial performance and preparing regular reports for management.
- Building strong relationships with financial institutions to facilitate access to financing options for our customers.
- Ensuring financial operations comply with current regulations.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automotive financing products and regulatory requirements.
- A proactive approach with a keen sense of analysis and problem-solving.
