We are currently seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic, human, and dedicated team for our dealerships: Honda, Volkswagen, and Subaru.
Your main responsibilities:
- Meet with customers after purchase to ensure a smooth, reassuring, and personalized experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to efficiently finalize transactions.
- Compile and submit credit files to financial institutions to obtain the best approvals.
- Professionally present insurance products and financing options based on customer needs.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Analytical mindset, diligence, and business acumen.
