Key Responsibilities:

- Train and manage a team of financial advisors to ensure excellent service and in-depth knowledge of the products offered.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and after-sales service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Analyze financial results and implement action plans to achieve set objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive or financial industry.
- Excellent communication, sales, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and financing processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
