Our St-Jérôme Chevrolet dealership, ranked as the 2nd best seller in Quebec, is looking for a seasoned Service/Fixed Operations Director who has fulfilled important mandates in their daily work to complete the team. We delivered over 2,700 vehicles in 2024!! That's no small feat!!

Reporting to the General Manager, the appointed person will have the following responsibilities:
- With 20 service bays in our workshop, the individual must maintain high-quality repair service and reduce returns to the workshop by being present on the floor with the team.
- Conduct occasional inspections of completed work to ensure rigor and quality.
- Ensure the health and safety of the workplace by enforcing applicable laws in this regard.
- Administer warranty claims to ensure that warranty policies are respected.
- Establish pricing standards related to fixed operations and make recommendations to management.
- Determine recruitment needs, conduct hiring, and train personnel under their responsibility.
- Hold regular team meetings.
- Manage schedules appropriately to maintain service levels.
- Create a favorable climate with the advisory team to foster harmonious relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and gathering their recommendations regarding potential clients.
- Oversee a customer satisfaction control system.
- Address customer complaints promptly, according to the dealership's protocols.
Salary and benefits:
