We are looking for a Customer Appointment Coordinator to join our team!
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Customer-oriented;
- Strong interest in the automotive field;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Courteous and professional attitude;
- Autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make inbound/outbound calls to customers in order to schedule vehicle maintenance;
- Reach out to existing customers to promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and, if applicable, promote other after-sales services according to management directives;
- Set and confirm appointment times over the phone;
- Make phone calls to inform customers about seasonal promotions;
- The main tasks are listed above, but the holder may be assigned to other functions. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
