Job description

Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a talented and motivated General Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are a leader in the automotive industry with a passion for customer service and solid sales experience, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze sales performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from the sales process to after-sales service.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and develop strategies to build customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about market trends and new products in the automotive sector.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales management experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing practices, as well as customer service standards.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create meaningful reports for management.
  • Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
