We are looking for a motivated and passionate Internal Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at Lallier Honda Pointe-aux-Trembles. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support to our customers and sales team. You will play an essential role in customer satisfaction by ensuring that each vehicle is well understood and highlighted according to customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and tailored technical advice to customers regarding our vehicles and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to offer technical support during the sales process.
- Ensure ongoing training and updating of knowledge about the products and services offered.
- Respond to technical questions from customers and colleagues with accuracy and professionalism.
- Participate in internal training to stay updated on new products and trends in the automotive industry.
- Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for the automotive industry with an ability to understand the technical aspects of vehicles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team while being autonomous and proactive in finding solutions.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive sector would be an advantage, but we are open to training the right candidate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
