Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Advise clients on the different ranges of Lexus vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and customizable options.
- Follow up on leads generated from our website and convert these opportunities into sales.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition between online sales and in-dealership experience.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lexus products and services, including the latest models and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team player.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with computer tools, including CRM platforms and communication software.
