JOB OFFER – LIAISON AGENT
Location: Boucherville Body Shop
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Are you known for your sense of organization, attention to detail, and professional approach to customer service? The Boucherville Body Shop is looking for a dynamic Liaison Agent to join its team!
Main Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome clients at the counter and on the phone
• Maintain communication with insurers regarding claims files
• Invoice for completed work
• Manage accounts payable: enter payable invoices and issue checks
• Manage accounts receivable: follow up on receivables
Desired Profile:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Initiative, rigor, and autonomy
• Experience in billing and bookkeeping (an asset)
• Knowledge of common computer tools (Office Suite, management software)
Working Conditions:
• Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Stable schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM
