Job description

At Longueuil Kia, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic New Vehicle Sales Director to join our team. As a leader within our dealership, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our new vehicle sales department, ensuring that our customers enjoy an unparalleled experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and surpass monthly and annual goals.
  • Provide exemplary leadership by motivating and guiding the sales team toward excellence.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify ongoing improvement opportunities.
  • Manage customer relations, ensure satisfaction, and develop a loyal customer base.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to optimize promotions and stimulate sales.
  • Train and mentor new employees to ensure a thorough knowledge of products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
  • Capacity to analyze sales data and make results-based decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and passion for the automotive industry.
