What does this mean for parts? We have doubled our parts sales over the past year, and our steady sales reduce downtime in the parts department significantly. Usually, in other parts departments, our division SIGNATURE and OFFROAD, recently renamed HDB OFFROAD and HDB SIGNATURE, are booming, presenting many challenges and opportunities. Here are the responsibilities related to the position: • Greet customers and provide information • Serve technicians, order parts • Advise, suggest, and sell products • Place specific orders • Provide invoice information and process payments • Build customer loyalty • Apply the commercial policy set by the manager • Receive shipments and manage in-store inventory
