Join Shamrock Technical Support Inc., where your passion for the automotive industry meets opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver fast and accurate automotive and heavy equipment parts to our valued customers in the northern regions of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles and equipment, by supplying a diversified line of parts, dealer and aftermarket, from authorized suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries over the phone, by email and on FB.;
- Organized and accurate preparation of all documentation of approved orders for shipments, using various online supplier computer interfaces to source correct parts for order fulfillment;
- Ensuring customer parts orders are accurately filled and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a parts counter or automotive retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts, components, and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Quick-learner and proficient in various supplier interfaces for ordering.
- Work effectively as part of the team as well as independently
- Spoken and written English, proficiency in French is an asset
