Specifically, in this position you will be responsible for:
Welcoming the customer, answering phone calls Identifying and understanding the customer's needs and advising them Following up on inquiries and parts searches with the customer Locating parts internally and/or checking availability with a supplier Ensuring customer satisfaction for each purchase Our offer:

Experience, training, and skills that would be useful:
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in the heavy truck industry Excellent customer service skills Basic mechanical knowledge Basic English (to serve our English-speaking customers and understand parts search websites) Skills with Microsoft Office Suite Our mission To provide a unique experience and create tailored solutions for our clients.
