Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on automotive parts, responding to their requests and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and inventory the parts, including storage and handling heavy loads.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the mechanics team to ensure optimal coordination between parts sales and their usage.
- Contribute to the organization of the workshop and to creating a clean and safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
- Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Capability to handle heavy loads and to move around in a workshop environment.
