We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate / Parts Advisor who is passionate about the automotive industry to join our team in Saint-Jérôme. This position is ideal for a professional motivated by customer service and eager to share their technical expertise with our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, understanding their specific needs regarding automotive parts.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate parts based on vehicle specifications and customer requests.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the sales space, ensuring that products are in good condition and well labeled.
- Manage part inventory by placing orders and monitoring stock levels to ensure optimal availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing advice and follow-up after sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and provide exemplary customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English is an asset.
