Driving a 100% electric Ford E-Transit as a delivery truck.

Salary of $21.24/hour + 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year.

Summary of the position

Delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership.

Handling parts and tires in the parts department.

Assisting with the maintenance of the building and grounds, such as mowing the lawn.

The main tasks are listed below, but the holder may be assigned other functions.

Retrieve and deliver parts and equipment to clients, wholesale customers, and suppliers. Communicate before departure with the parts manager, on-route representatives, and counter staff to coordinate pickups or last-minute deliveries. Check daily with the body shop staff to identify urgent parts needs. Deliver parts to the body shop as needed and distribute them to body technicians. Ensure that the invoice matches the purchase order for each delivery. Compare received payments with invoices for each delivery. Keep an accurate record of daily deliveries, obtaining the recipient's signature for each delivery notice. Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including refueling, checking oil levels, and cleaning the vehicle; ensure regulatory inspections are completed. Ensure the parts service area has a professional appearance. Assist after-sales service as needed, including responsibilities related to vehicle delivery and pickup for customers. Collaborate on the storage and registration of orders upon receipt to speed up delivery to technicians and wholesale customers. Present oneself professionally. Perform other tasks as needed and directed by management. Type of employment: Full-time
