Taddeo Auto Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Parts Manager to oversee the parts departments at its Volvo Laval and Volvo Cars Mont-Royal dealerships. This position requires regular travel between the two locations to ensure optimal and consistent management of operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the operations of the parts departments at both dealerships, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing the profitability of the departments while guaranteeing excellent customer service.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure the constant availability of necessary parts for both dealerships.
- Regularly analyze department performance and propose improvements based on detailed reports.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (workshop, sales) to optimize the flow and efficiency of operations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the teams at both dealerships to achieve set objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Recognized expertise in automotive parts and inventory management systems.
- Strong team management and personnel motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
