We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least three years in parts management, ideally within a dealership or automotive distributor.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising the parts team to ensure optimal performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the profitability of the parts department.
- Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure a constant and quality supply.
- Analyzing parts sales trends and establishing forecasts to effectively meet demand.
- Implementing initiatives to optimize inventory and reduce costs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating closely with service and sales teams to maximize synergies between departments.
Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong personnel management skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent understanding of parts management systems and related software.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on that analysis.
- Capability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
