Your main responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, both on the phone and in person, according to the golden rules of the Lauzon Experience, in order to provide world-class customer service. They will work closely with all departments to meet client needs. The receptionist must ensure that the showroom and waiting areas are kept tidy and attractive for clients, and perform various administrative tasks.
Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.

You have experience in customer service and/or call reception. You are able to work in a computerized environment. You have skills to work in a team and demonstrate customer orientation.

Receptionist / telephone operator - 0 to 1 year of experience (Recommended)
