Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized receptionist to join our evening team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in their experience at our dealership.
Main Tasks:
- Welcome clients and guide them according to their needs.
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Ensure the reception area operates smoothly and that the dealership is well-presented.
- Collaborate with sales and after-sales service teams.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Profile Sought:
- Experience in reception or customer service (ideally in the automotive sector).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
Evening availability required.
