Type of contract: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (during the summer period: June 24 to September 2, on Fridays the schedule is from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized receptionist to join our team in the afternoon and evening. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in their experience at our dealership.
Main tasks: • Welcome customers and direct them according to their needs. • Answer phone calls and email inquiries. • Process payments and receipts. • Ensure smooth operations at the reception and the presentation of the dealership. • Collaborate with the sales and after-sales service teams. • All other related tasks.
Profile sought: • Experience in reception or customer service (ideally in the automotive industry). • Excellent communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. • Proficiency in computer tools. • Availability in the evening.
