Job Description
At Mega Kia Brossard, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / Hostess to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy interacting with the public and providing exceptional customer service, we want to meet you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications via phone and email courteously and professionally, transfer calls to the appropriate personnel, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Warmly welcome visitors to the dealership, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate service.
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment while following internal procedures.
- Update and manage the company's telephone directory, as well as perform various administrative tasks such as opening mail and issuing receipts.
- Provide general information about the company and the services offered to assist callers to the best of your ability.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Ability to multitask while staying organized and focused.
- Proficiency in common computer software and office tools.
