Your mission:
- Warmly welcome customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate service.
- Answer phone calls, handle information requests, and manage appointments.
- Ensure the management of calendars and appointment scheduling for after-sales services.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment, ensuring the presentation of the office and waiting area.
- Collaborate with our teams to facilitate smooth and effective communication between departments.
Desired profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating a team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role would be an asset.
