Automobile Grenier is looking for a receptionist who wishes to join our team!
The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, but will also assist the marketing team with their daily tasks.
Here is an overview of the duties.
Reception:
- Manage incoming calls
- Transfer phone calls and messages
- Respond to customers
- Any other related tasks
Social Media:
- Schedule posts on the different Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor messages and comments on social media
- Respond to Google reviews and forward them to the teams
- Any other related tasks

- Experience as a receptionist is an asset

Work Schedule:
- Work hours: Approximately 30 hours per week (3 evenings a week, 12 PM to 8 PM) Off on weekends Salary: $17/hour to $19/hour

- Payment manipulation during transactions
