Job description

At Brossard Cadillac, we are looking for a sales advisor passionate about automobiles and eager to provide an exceptional customer experience. As a sales advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them throughout the purchasing process and providing expert advice on our range of luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, establishing a trust-based relationship.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions in terms of vehicles and services.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Cadillac vehicles, highlighting advanced technologies like the Cadillac Super Cruise system.
  • Proactively manage the sales process, including handling negotiations and document processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience, from the first contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the automotive sector or in luxury product sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Strong interest in automotive technologies and market trends.
  • Knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and financing systems would be an asset.
