GM Montplaisir is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our dedicated team in Drummondville.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout their shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers with professionalism and friendliness to understand their vehicle needs.
- Presenting and advising on our wide range of new and used Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, highlighting the features and benefits of each model.
- Managing sales negotiations while offering financing solutions tailored to customers' needs.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with the after-sales service team to ensure a seamless and quality customer experience.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry or a similar sales environment. The following skills are essential:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a good sense of initiative.
- A strong passion for vehicles and knowledge of the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC ranges is preferred.
- Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate customers' needs.
