We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in their vehicle purchasing experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, providing detailed information about our various vehicle models.
- Listen to customers' needs and advise them on options that best meet their expectations.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to the conclusion of the sale.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless buying experience.
- Participate in community events to promote the brand and strengthen our local presence.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Results-oriented, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating autonomy.
