Here is the DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS:
The sales representative plays a crucial role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. The tasks that await you are as follows:
• Welcoming customers; greet each customer with enthusiasm and willingness • Assessing customer needs; identify the specific needs of customers, including their budget, model preferences, and features • Presenting vehicles; explain the features, options, and advantages of the different vehicle models available, organize test drives to allow customers to try the cars • Providing advice and recommendations; offer personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best meets their needs • Price negotiation; discuss and negotiate prices with customers, considering discounts, promotions, and trade-ins • Sales documentation management; prepare and manage the paperwork related to the sale • After-sales follow-up; follow up with customers after the purchase to ensure their satisfaction and retain them, possibly offering additional services or updates • Product knowledge; stay informed about new models, technical specifications • Achieving sales targets; work to meet the sales targets set by management • Collaboration with the team; work closely with other team members.
