Main Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and establish a trusting relationship.
- Actively listen to customer needs to direct them towards vehicles that meet their expectations.
- Present and demonstrate the features of new and used vehicles in the Mazda lineup.
- Negotiate the terms of sale and finalize transactions in a professional and efficient manner.
- Follow up and maintain relationships with customers to encourage their loyalty.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase sales.
Required Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the automotive industry or a similar field (minimum of one year).
- Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of Mazda products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
- Customer-oriented and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, motivation, and a desire to achieve goals.
