St-Jérôme Chrysler, a member of the Carbur Group, located in the Laurentians, is looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Representative who is eager to excel and become an expert in their field. Customer service is a priority for the company, and we are searching for the rare gem who can help us support our customers every day.
Schedule:
Variable - Day and Evening Full-time Schedule over 5 days - including Saturdays
Salary:

Responsibilities: Welcome the customer, establish a trusting relationship, and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction Assist customers in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers in order to accurately identify their needs Explain the performance, operation, and benefits of products to potential customers Describe any optional equipment that the customer may wish to purchase Negotiate the price and have the transaction approved by the sales manager Monitor the status of the sold vehicle's preparation and ensure that the file complies with the agreed terms If needed, deliver the vehicle to the customer Update customer information through the dealership's customer tracking system Follow up as necessary after the sale Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits for customers
Requirements: Valid driver's license 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales Professional-level proficiency in English
