We are looking for an exceptional Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. This key position plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining an outstanding customer experience while actively contributing to our company's sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs.
- Persuasively present the features and benefits of various vehicle models.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Manage the sales process from A to Z, including price negotiations and drafting sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competition to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry innovations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products is a plus.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is desirable.
